Client: The Needle House

Title: Point of Sale Job Aid

Time in Development: 10 Hours - includes gathering information from subject matter expert (SME), creating two rough iterations, and this final iteration in Canva.

Challenge: Needle House sales associates typically have irregular shifts once or twice per week. It is difficult for associates to learn the complicated point of sale system with only one shift per week, and often make minor mistakes that can create major business headaches. The inability for associates to troubleshoot forces more experienced employees to spend their time working through problems, costing the organization brain power, time, and money.

Solution: Create a job aid for sales associates to use while operating the most important functions of the point of sale system. This job aid will help employees navigate one of the major operations of the point of sale system: the work order check in.
