Challenge: The company's chief DEI officer was looking for a basic primer on Implicit Bias, given that one of the greatest challenges the organization faces is language barriers, and lack of cultural awareness. 

Solution: Create a microlearning wherein implicit bias is understood in the context of something we're all unfortunately familiar with, an infectious disease. The interaction introduces people to the basics of implicit bias, and provides tips for how to overcome it.
